My Story
Samana Kaur Sethi is seventeen and this is her debut novel.
She began writing it at age 14, armed with nothing but an ancient computer and the stubborn need to write something of her own. She had hundreds of ideas, but this one survived two years of exams.
Finding time between schoolwork and other activi-ties, she pounded away at her computer battling the doubts all writers have: Is this chapter finished or does it need more? Will I ever finish writing this book? Will it be published?
When not studying, she writes, reads the books she bought two years ago but forgot about, sings, or debates about anything and everything ever so passionately. She didn't write this to be perfect, she wrote it because Freya wouldn't leave her alone. And maybe that's enough.
She is already thinking, 'What next...?'
